Single site or unlimited: what each licence allows.

This licence applies to the theme you bought and to every update of it. By installing or using the theme, you agree to it.

Licences

Single site licence

You may use the theme on ONE Ghost website (one domain), for yourself or for one client.
Copies of that same website used for development, testing or staging are included.
If you build the website for a client, you may hand the website over to them; the licence goes with that website.

Unlimited licence

You may use the theme on as many Ghost websites as you want, for yourself and for your clients.

Bundle

Each theme of a bundle comes with a single site licence, unless the bundle is sold with unlimited licences.

What you may do

Customise the theme: change its code, colours, fonts and templates.
Use it on commercial websites.

What you may not do

Sell, resell, share, give away or publish the theme files, original or modified, on their own or as part of another theme, template, starter kit or product.
Make the theme available to people who did not buy it, including through a hosting platform, a website builder or a marketplace.
Remove this licence or the copyright notices from the theme files.
Use the theme on more websites than your licence allows.

Ownership

The theme remains the property of SamaDesign. You buy a licence to use it, not the theme itself.

Updates and support

Your licence includes every update of the theme, for life, and support by email for questions about the theme itself (installation, settings, bugs). Support does not cover custom development or third-party services.

Third-party content

The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts under their own licences (SIL Open Font License). The demo content, including its images, is provided only to show the theme: replace it with your own before publishing. Images from Unsplash remain under the Unsplash licence.

Refunds

Refunds follow the SamaDesign refund policy, published on the SamaDesign website. After a refund, the licence ends.

End of the licence

The licence ends automatically if you break its terms, or after a refund. You must then uninstall the theme from every website and delete all copies of its files.

No warranty

The theme is provided "as is". SamaDesign is not liable for any damage or loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
